Who or what is point25?

point25, the Teilzwei Betriebs GmbH, is an Austrian software company. The point25 App allows you to have access to all point25 locations with just one account.
point25 is subject to the strict rules of the DSGVO. Only you are able to decide with which point25 locations you want to be connected to. You can find more information about your rights in the Data protection section. You can contact the data protection officer via email here m.dataprotection.

Which of my personal data is processed?

A detailed description regarding the processing of your personal data, your rights, etc. can be found in the Data protection area. point25 has a data protection officer. You can contact him under m.dataprotection.

How does point25 work?

Get the point25 app on your mobile phone. Once you have created an account, you have access to the latest events and your personal QR code. Just scan it at the entrance of your point25 location. Only you are able to unlock your account to other locations.

Is it necessary to create a new account at every point25 location?

No, it's not.
You just need one account for all point25 locations.

How do I activate my account at other point25 locations?

You can connect your account to other point25 Locations inside the point25 App directly. In addition, you can connect your account with a scan of your encrypted QR code at the entrance of each other point25 location.

Is a point25 membership for free?

Yes. It takes only two minutes of your precious time to create an account.

Which personal data do I have to provide for a point25 account?

point25 is subject to the strong rules of the DSGVO. You can find a detailled description of the processing of your personal data, your rights etc. in the Data protection section.

What's about data security?

point25 uses secure connections for the transmission of your data and modern algorithms for the encryption. point25 is subject to the strong rules of the DSGVO – your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. Why is it possible to load up my photo ID at point25?

We only know who you are with your officially valid photo ID. You can upload it in the point25 app to verify your account and to avoid annoying waiting time at the entrance.

What are valid photo IDs?

Driver's license, identity card, passport, student ID.
The ID must contain at least your picture, your date of birth and your name in order to be able to verify your account.

Why should email adress and phone number be correct?

You need your email address to log in into the point25 app. You get your personal point25 PIN code via SMS. Both is necessary to contact you in case of a lost item for example.

Am I able to get into my location directly after creating my account?


Is it possible to get into a point25 location without a point25 account (we are a group)?

Please clarify this with your point25 location. But creating a point25 account is done in no time - get the point25 app!

I bought an online ticket in the point25 app - can I cancel it?

Unfortunately, not. There is no right of withdrawal when buying tickets online (see section 9 in our General Terms and Conditions). However, you always have the option to transfer your ticket to other point25 members quickly and easily. Please use the transfer option for the ticket located on the home screen in your point25 app directly.

Why did I not get a confirmation email?

It is possible that you made a mistake when entering your email address. If not, please check the spam folder. Every now and then it unfortunately happens that one of our emails ends up there.

The creation of a new point25 account is not possible because the provided data already exists - what can i do now?

You just need one account at point25 . Please contact the support if you are not able to log in into the point25 app under

I forgot my access data and I am not able to log in into the app!

In this case please send us an email to The point25-team will help you.

Am I able to delete my point25 account if I like to do so?

All parties involved are free to delete their existing account at any time and without giving reasons with immediate effect. Of course, we undertake to delete your data in full if you let us know. Please use the intended function inside the point25 app.

What are my options if I forgot my smartphone or the battery of it is empty?

In case you do not have your QR code, the queue at the entrance increases. Use as often as possible the point25 app please - you will see how comfortable it is. In emergencies, you can also enter your personal PIN code (received by SMS) at the entrance.

What is my option if I do not have a smartphone?

You are able to create your point25 account at the terminal in your location. In this case, please use the PIN code that was sent to you via SMS.

What is my personal PIN code for?

You get your personal PIN Code straight after the creation of your point25 account. You need it to log in into the point25 app and you can use it at the entrance to your point25 location if you don't have a smartphone.

I have been banned in a point25 location. What does that mean?

The imposition of a block is always the responsibility of the respective operator of the point25 location in exercising his domiciliary rights. For example, if you behaved aggressively towards other guests, started a fight, sexually harassed other guests or violated the narcotics law, the operator can ban you from the locatition. This means, that your are not able to enter this point25 location any more. If you are affected by a ban and do not know the reasons for this, please contact the respective point25 location.
If you are banned for a serious misconduct you get informed in the point25 app and via email that you are getting banned in every point25 location in case of another serious misconduct within 12 months.

I have been banned in every point25 location. What does that mean?

You have committed serious misconduct in different point25 locations within 12 months and have been banned from all point25 locations due to your misconduct to protect everyone involved. If you have a question please contact .

Data protection

The protection of your personal data is very important to point25(Teilzwei Betriebs GmbH).

Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.

It is important for us to inform you about the kind of data we process, how we use it and the options you have in this context. This data protection notice answers your most important questions.

1. Personal data

Once you conclude a contract with us, in other words, if you create an account at point25 and you want to access one of the point25 locations or if you buy items in the point25 app, then the following personal data will be processed:

  • Upon registration in the point25 app point25 processes: gender, name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, photo* and photo ID* (optional).
  • At the terminal (account creation without app) point25 processes: gender, name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, photo* and photo ID* (optional).
  • On purchasing an item in the point25 App point25 prcoesses: name, the PIN you assigned yourself to secure future payments and payment information**.
  • The point25 location in context also processes access data and information regarding misconduct (see FAQ section "I have been banned in a point25 location. What does that mean?").
  • Processing includes the collection, capture, saving, selection, scanning, use, alignment, linkage and the provision of your personal data.

* Simple face recognition is used locally on the device to determine whether a face and its correct orientation is on the picture. In this process, face data is neither compared, transmitted, stored, nor used to authenticate people.

** The payment information is entered during the payment process in an integrated input mask provided by the payment service provider. You transmit payment information directly to the payment service provider – it is neither viewed nor saved by point25.

2. point25 transmits

  • Your personal data to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the contract, to technical service providers and other processors commissioned by point25,
  • if there is a legal obligation to authorities and courts,
  • when purchasing an item in the point25 app to processing banking institutes and payment service providers to conclude or fulfill your contract with the point25 location whose item you are purchasing,
  • when passing on an article in the point25 App your name to the recipient of the item and
  • in other cases only with your additional consent.

3. point25 deletes

  • Your personal data at the latest after termination of all legal duties to preserve records.
  • It is possible that instaed of a deletion an anonymization of your data is made. In this case, any personal reference is removed, which is why cancellation obligations deriving from data protection law will not be applicable.

4. Processing of your personal data

  • We process your personal data for the purposes of conducting our contract, for communication purposes, for system notices (for instance alerts when you accidently left something at an point25 location), to provide features, analyze performance, troubleshoot, improve the usability and effectiveness of the point25 app, improve services as well as in particular for access and entrance control.
  • The above referenced processing of your data is necessary for the conclusion, respectively fulfillment of your contract with us. In the case you do not provide us with your data or do not provide the entire data, then we could possibly not be able to fulfill our obligations to you, or we cannot enter into an agreement with you.
  • These data processing operations are based on Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a GDPR (consent), Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit b GDPR (necessary for fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of precontractual processes), Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit c GDPR (legal obligation), Art 9 Paragraph 2 lit a GDPR (consent) and Art 10 GDPR in conjunction with Section 4 Paragraph 3 GDPR (consent and legitimate interests, e.g. house ban).
  • From your first connection to an point25 location or from the purchase of an item of a point25 location in the point25 app your personal data stored at point25 can also be processed by them, i.e. only you can share your personal data with a point25 location.

5. If you provided us with the corresponding consent, we shall process your data to where

  • point25 and point25 locations can provide you with information regarding services, events and products, and can send you newsletters. We will use the following communication channels if agreed by you: telephone, email, text messages, push messages or social media.
  • Please note: you can always withdraw your consent at any time. Simply use our contact options or the point25 app. The revocation of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing up to that point.

6. Taking pictures (event photos)

  • At events in point25 locations (the full list of all locations can be found at the top of or inside the point25 app), photographers from these point25 locations my be taking photos that show you. On the one hand, this data processing is based on the justified documentation interests of the point25 locations (Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit f GDPR and § 12 Paragraph 2 Z 4 in conjunction with Paragraph 3 Z 3 DSG) and, on the other hand, on the verbal consents that you give to the photographer of the point25 locations - especially when shooting portrait- or similar photos (Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a and § 12 Paragraph 2 Z 2 DSG).

7. Data security measures

The protection of your personal data is extremely important to us, the Teilzwei Betriebs GmbH. We take all necessary measures to ensure that your data is protected. This includes technical and organizational security measures that are regularly reviewed and adjusted to ensure they meet current security standards.

point25 ensures, among other things:

  • encrypted data transfers
  • encrypted access data or the encryption of the PIN you have assigned yourself to secure future payments
  • encrypted pictures

8. With regard to the processing of your data you have the following rights

  • Information right (Art 15 GDPR)
    You can request to receive a confirmation from us, if and to what extent we process your personal data from you.
  • Right to rectification (Art 16 GDPR)
    If we process your personal data which is incomplete or inaccurate, then you have the right to request the rectification, respectively the completion from us at any time.
  • Right to erasure (Art 17 GDPR)
    You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data, if we processed it unlawfully or the processing unduly violates your legitimate protection rights. Please note that certain reasons exist that contradict an immediate erasure, like for instance the legal duty to preserve records.
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art 18 GDPR)
    You can request the restriction of processing of your personal data if
    lit a) the accuracy of the personal data is contested for a period of time enabling us to verify the accuracy of the data, lit b) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure and instead request the restriction of the data use, lit c) we no longer need the data for the defined purposes of the processing, and they are required by you for the establishment or defense of legal claims, or lit d) you have objected to the processing of the data.
  • Right to data portability (Art 20 GDPR)
    You have the right to receive the data you provided to us in a structured commonly used and machine-readable format if
    lit a) the processing of the data is based on consent or on a contract and lit b) the processing is carried out by automated means.
  • Right to object (Art 21 GDPR)
    You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, if the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller, or is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by us or by a third party. A prerequisite for such objection is that you cite the grounds relating to your particular situation and which contradict the processing of your personal data. You can, at any time, object to the mailing of advertisement.
  • Right to lodge a complaint (Art 77 GDPR)
    If you believe that our processing of your personal data contradicted Austrian or European data protection laws, then of course you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authorities.

  • Confirmation of identity (Art 12 Paragraph 6 GDPR)
    If there exists any doubt with regard to your identity, we are entitled to request additional information regarding your identity. This process protects your rights and your privacy.
  • Excessive (abusive) use of rights (Art 12 Paragraph 5 GDPR)
    When your requests with regard to the cited rights are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character, then we can charge a reasonable fee for the administrative efforts, or refuse to act on the request.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Validity

  1. If you sign a contract with us, Teilzwei Betriebs GmbH (FN 409628 w), i.e. you create an account with point25, the present GTC will be agreed with us as an express contractual basis. Changes and additions to these GTC by us are possible at any time.
  2. The terms and conditions in the current version were made available to you before creating your point25 account and can or could be viewed at any time in advance in the point25 app and on

„point25“ brings you to your event, gives you access to numerous advantages, and accompanies you afterwards.

This includes the following options offered in the point25 app:

  1. The purchase of tickets
  2. The purchase of vouchers for goods
  3. Collecting bonus points to redeem them and thereby benefiting from various perks and benefits.

We, the Teilzwei Betriebs GmbH, are operators of point25 and the point25 bonus system. Bonus points are only posted by us to your point25 account (see point 6 for more information). With regard to the sale of admission tickets and goods vouchers, we carry out an exclusive mediation activity by providing the point25 platform. A direct conclusion of a contract is therefore not concluded with us. point25 locations with which your contracts are concluded have a separate contract with us and can therefore advertise and offer their services on our platform. All service disruptions and other claims must therefore always be clarified directly with the respective point25 location. A complete list of all locations can be found in the point25 app and on At this point, we would like to reiterate that we are neither the organizer nor your contractual partner with regard to the respective services to be booked.

3. Membership

  1. Your membership in point25, which is free of charge for you as an end user, is created by creating a point25 account including these General Terms and Conditions. There is no legal entitlement to participate in point25. We reserve the right, in particular in the event of (attempted misuse), to refuse this participation or to terminate your membership with immediate effect.
  2. After creating your point25 account, you are entitled to purchase products. It is not possible to purchase products before the start of your membership.
  3. By participating in point25, you expressly confirm that you accept the present terms and conditions, that the data you provide are correct and represent you as a person.
  4. You can only open a single point25 account. Duplicates or obviously false accounts may be deleted by us without giving reasons and without prior warning. Any bonus points earned will be lost and will not be restored. A liability of Teilzwei Betriebs GmbH for lost bonus points resulting from duplicates is expressly excluded.

4. to the mediated services (points 2. i and ii)

  1. The events listed in the point25 app are created or managed by the point25 locations themselves. The respective available contingents of tickets and vouchers for goods are determined by point25 locations themselves. From our side, we can therefore assume no liability for a certain contingent. However, it may well be that we provide support in the event of a conflict.
  2. The requirements for admission on site (e.g. minimum age) are always determined by the respective point25 location. This means that you have to deal with the entry requirements before purchasing a product. In the event that you do not meet the requirements for admission to a point25 location and you have nevertheless purchased a product of this point25 location, there are no claims against us, Teilzwei Betriebs GmbH, as a result of our exclusive mediation. You must therefore contact the point25 location directly.
  3. The contract between a point25 location and you is concluded when purchasing a product by clicking on "buy now" in the point25 app.

5. Payments

  1. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
  2. Unless otherwise stated or no other option has been granted, the price is due for payment immediately after conclusion of the contract in the point25 App.
  3. Each ticket and each voucher for goods is only valid upon full payment, in addition to the parameters specified by the point25 locations. The duration of the validity of the ticket or the vouchers for goods results from the times specified by the point25 locations themselves.
  4. The unauthorized execution of deductions from the total price is not permitted and leads to the invalidity of the purchased product.
  5. We, the Teilzwei Betriebs GmbH, do not accept any direct payment and therefore state at this point that we do not receive any funds that belong to point25 location.
  6. For the mediation of products, we receive a placement fee from the point25 location.
  7. Reclaims of payment are to be asserted exclusively against the point25 location.

6. Bonus Points

  1. By purchasing via our platform, you acquire bonus points. As a result, your collected bonus points can be redeemed when you buy more products and you will receive different discounts. You can only redeem 100% of the equivalent value of a product with bonus points, a pro rata redemption on the equivalent value (e.g. 50%) is therefore not possible.
  2. Even when using bonus points for the purchase of products via our platform, the contract is concluded exclusively with the point25 location.
  3. The granting of bonus points, in particular the number and for what they are awarded, is exclusively at our discretion. There is no entitlement to the granting of bonus points unless this has been expressly promised. It is at the discretion of point25 locations to award additional bonus points for the purchase of their products or services.
  4. Bonus points granted by us will be credited to your member account after the validity of all items purchased with one purchase has been expired.
  5. Bonus points redeemed by you will be taken into account immediately at the time of purchase, further action on your part is not necessary.
  6. Bonus points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed in cash.
  7. Bonus points that are not redeemed within three years of their receipt will expire on the last day of the month in which the day of the three-year period lies. If the purchased ticket or the purchased voucher for goods is not redeemed within three years at the latest - depending on the respective requirements of the point25 location - no bonus points will be credited.
  8. In the case of the reversal of the legal transaction with the point25 location on which the bonus points are based, there will also be an adjustment (reduction) of the bonus points credited to your point25 account. If you do not have sufficient bonus points, a possible value adjustment must be made.

7. Cancellation of the event

Due to our pure mediation activity, we, the Teilzwei Betriebs GmbH, are not liable for refunds in the event of cancellation or cancellation of events. Claims in this regard are to be clarified exclusively with the respective point25 location (see point 5), whereby we can provide support.

8. Cancellations

  1. The point25 location is entitled to cancel your purchase of one of its products if you violate its or our specific conditions that were referred to during the purchase. The same applies if you attempt to circumvent these terms.
  2. Any claims resulting from this must be clarified exclusively between you and the respective point25 location.

9. Withdraw

According to § 18 paragraph 1 no. 10 FAGG, you have no right of withdrawal from the purchase of tickets or vouchers for goods, as these are provided in connection with leisure activities and a certain time or period for fulfillment is provided for by the point25 location. A goodwill solution in individual cases must be clarified directly with the respective point25 location.

10. Time and place of supplied service

Events and event times, located on our platform, are determined by the respective point25 location itself.

11. Liability and warranty

  1. All service disruptions that have been mediated in connection with the purchase of products via our platform must be clarified exclusively with the respective point25 location.
  2. We are not directly related to the respective point25 locations, so that any other claims (such as damages) must also be clarified directly with the point25 location.
  3. Should we be liable to you for any reason, the liability for damages is limited to intent or gross negligence (except personal injury). Liability for slight negligence (with the exception of personal injury) is expressly excluded.
  4. We are not liable for consequential damages and financial losses caused by direct personal injury and/or property damage.
  5. If our company is liable, this is limited to foreseeable damages within the meaning of the aforementioned provisions.

12. Applicable law

Austrian law shall apply exclusively to the contractual relationship in question. National and international reference standards that lead or could lead to the application of non-Austrian law are expressly excluded.

13. Severability clause

The possible invalidity of individual clauses shall in no case affect the validity of the remaining clauses of these GTC. In this case, the contracting parties already agree to make a substitute provision that comes closest to the economic result of the ineffective condition.
